Shipping policy
At Grain-Tale, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
1. Processing and Delivery Times

Processing Time: 2-3 Business Days (Monday - Friday).

Transit Time: We use 4PX Express, which has an estimated delivery time of 6-10 Business Days (Monday - Friday).

Total Delivery Time: Processing Time + Transit Time (Estimated 8-13 Business Days).

Note: This estimated timeframe applies to our customers in both the USA and Australia. Please note that we currently do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses or PO Boxes.
2. Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping: $6.99 (USD/AUD equivalent) for orders under $20.00.

Free Shipping: Available for all orders over $20.00.
3. International Shipping & Customs We currently offer shipping to the United States and Australia. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination. Grain-Tale is not responsible for these additional charges; they are the sole responsibility of the customer.
4. Tracking Your Order Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order online through our carrier's website (4PX Express).
5. Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team at support@grain-tale.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
6. Changes to Your Order If you need to make changes to your order (e.g., updating your shipping address), please contact us immediately at support@grain-tale.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes cannot be made once the order has been processed and shipped.
